X-ray (chest), AP Lat - Pleural Effusion
show more Title: X-ray (chest), AP Lat - Pleural Effusion Depositor: batchuser@i-human.com Creator: Rush Medical College Description: There is a large opacity in the right lung base consistent with a large right pleural effusion. This was not present at the time of the comparison radiograph. The radiographic appearance of the chest is otherwise unremarkable. The heart is normal in size. The aerated portions of both lungs appear normal. The left hemidiaphragm is well-defined, as is the left costophrenic sulcus. IMPRESSION: New, large, right pleural effusion. Keywords: Computer Echotomography, Ultrasonic Imaging, Ultrasonic Tomography, Diagnosis, Ultrasonic, Echography, Tomography, Ultrasonic, Echotomography, Computer, Effusion, Ultrasonic Diagnosis, Ultrasound Imaging, Sonography, Medical, Pleura, Echotomography, Diagnosis Date Uploaded: 01/30/2016 -

Note the part of the mass anterior to the effusion (hyperdense relative to the effusion). 3 Lead ECG: Right Ventricular Hypertrophy (RVH)
show more Title: 3 Lead ECG: Right Ventricular Hypertrophy (RVH) Depositor: batchuser@i-human.com Creator: Paul Kent, MDRush Medical College Description: Lead V1 show rSR' (with no widening of QRS complex), this is one of several ways RVH is exhibited in ECG, other forms of RVH manifestation on ECG include: Tall R in V1 + deep S in V6 Pure R wave in V1 qR wave in V1 Abnormal direction of T wave in right chest leads (normal T waves are downward in right chest leads in children; therefore upright T waves in V1-3 could indicate RVH. Lead II show tall P wave indicating right atrial enlargement (taller than 2 mm).
